ABI Rehabilitation is the lead provider of intensive in-patient brain injury rehabilitation in New Zealand, serving 18 of the 20 DHBs. We are the only provider in Australasia to have attained the CARF Accreditation, an international gold standard for person centred, quality rehabilitation.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (0.8 FTE) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and a current practicing certificate. In this role, you will work closely with a team of health professionals across multiple clinical areas, contributing specialist nursing services including:

• Assessment and management of clients presenting with acquired brain injury 
• Implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation plans and strategies 
• Providing education and training to clients and their families
• Contributing to outcome measures
• Report writing
• Ongoing training and development of our staff  

Previous experience in neurological and brain injury rehabilitation is highly preferred, however, open to all candidates based on experience.
